Time to focus. Let’s get some stuff done. Here are your mantras.

I will become one with my work. Just for an hour.

I will not get distracted.

I will pay attention.

I will listen. To myself, to others, to the work.

I will ask advice.

I will shut up for a second.

I will stop moaning, life is ok.

I will just START. I will produce rubbish and then change it, because that’s better than doing nothing.

I will do everything I can.

I will not eat 3 pop tarts.

I will not blame Sarah.

I will forgive myself.

I will revel in satisfaction once I have finished.

I will show people how brilliant I am.

But first of all,

I will not skip the 8 minute track. I will work through it.
